Chef Neil and Mayor I'm Chef Neil, a private chef in the Rocky Mount/Wilson area. I have 22 years experience cooking: in hotels and country clubs, as head chef at Snookies Oyster Bar & Grill in Little Washington, NC, and the Rocky Mount Chop House, and even in the Minnesota Vikings Food Service.

I got into the private chef business because I realized there is a need for gourmet dining options in this area. I enjoy cooking and interacting with the public, so I thought what better way to serve the area's need than to bring the gourmet directly to your home.

The Affordable Chef offers a plan for anyone on any budget. The versatility of the number of services I offer lets you choose which one is right for your dining needs and your budget. My services include shopping, preparing, serving, and cleaning the kitchen for dinner parties, social parties, luncheons, special occasions, beer/wine/cheese tastings, or fully prepared meals for your fridge that are ready to heat and eat. And it's all for about what you would pay at a gourmet restaurant or caterer.
